Live Design International's annual conference, LDI 2019, takes place next week, November 18–24, 2019, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition to being a premier source for information, inspiration and professional development, LDI 2019 will offer the chance to see some of the most exciting new ideas and technologies from top technology vendors. 

The exhibit hall will be open Friday, November 22, and Saturday, November 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., as well as on Sunday, November 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Featuring more than 300 exhibitors and booths, the exhibit hall will offer something for everyone interested in lighting design, video, audio and new technologies.

This year's conference includes more than 50 video vendors. Here are just a few of the companies in this space that we're excited to see at LDI 2019.

HARMAN International

Martin by HARMAN is the lighting division of HARMAN International. That division focuses on lighting, atmospheric effects, creative video, controllers, exterior products and a range of dynamic lighting fixtures. 

Professionals interested in lighting control, projection, video and various types of lighting can learn about a wide range of new tools and options by checking out the latest HARMAN offerings.

The Adam Hall Group

Adam Hall is a German manufacturer and distributor of event technology solutions. With its primary U.S. base of operations in New Jersey, the company reaches retailers, dealers, live event and broadcast studios, and AV and systems integrators throughout the United States and around the world.

The Adam Hall Group offers a number of exciting new ideas for event lighting, including exterior options, color changes and effects, and more. Professional audio technology as well as stage equipment and flight case hardware round out its offerings. 

Unilumin Group

Excited by the opportunities created by LED lighting? Don't miss Booth 1315, where representatives from Unilumin Group Co. Ltd. will be present to discuss all things LED. 

A global LED solution provider, Unilumin Group and its LDI 2019 representatives are ready and excited to discuss everything from LED applications to the creation of turnkey LED lighting solutions. Don't miss their product lineup, including fixed/rental/narrow pixel pitch LED displays. 

Arista Corporation

We're looking forward to meeting like-minded professionals at LDI 2019. Located in Booth 1948, Arista Corporation will be focusing on what we do best: Networked AV over IP, with an emphasis on projection mapping and related technologies.

LDI: Live Outside

While the indoor exhibit hall will be filled with new ideas, products and professional contacts, don't miss the show in the parking lot. LDI: Live Outside will turn the parking lot at the Las Vegas Convention Center into a gallery of technology displays and demos worthy of every lighting and audio professional's attention. 

Step outside to see new products and processes in action and get inspired. LDI: Live Outside takes place on Friday, November 23, and Saturday, November 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  

 

LDI Amplify

If you're interested in professional live sound production, a visit to the LDI Amplify pavilion is a must. Located on the show floor, this pavilion will offer a wealth of opportunities. 

Seminars for professional live sound engineers, digital console training, tech demos and more await visitors to the LDI Amplify pavilion. While you're there, you can check out cutting edge sound vendors, as well.

Anima Network Ltd.

Located within the LDI Amplify pavilion at Booth 2545, Anima Network Ltd. will be presenting its Green GO digital intercom over IP system, a flexible, scalable system that doesn't rely on a central processor. Other offerings include ELC lighting controls and a look at Ghost Networking for entertainment systems. 

Prolyte Group USA

Booth 2551 is the home of Prolyte Group USA. And with one of the biggest footprints within the LDI Amplify pavilion, this company's presence will be tough to miss. 

Prolyte Group specializes in trussing and related products. The company has chosen LDI 2019 as the venue to debut its updated Prolyte ARC roof system. Prolyte will also be featuring its Verto truss assembly system. 

Product specialist Ruud de Deugd and sales manager Matthijs Meijer will be available to discuss products, features, pricing, delivery and more. 

Lectrosonics, Inc.

New Mexico-based Lectrosonics, Inc. can be found in Booth 2645. Lectrosonics focuses on wireless audio technology, including microphones, portable sound systems, recording equipment and supplies, signal processing equipment, and UHF receivers and tuners. Its communication systems offer options like in-ear monitoring for a wide range of situations. 

Whether you're merely curious about this company's latest offerings or you have specific questions about sound system components and design, the team at the Lectrosonics booth will be ready to help. 

Black Diamond Radio

Formerly Custom Earpiece, Black Diamond Radio extends it commitment to live customer service by filling Booth 2657 at LDI 2019 with its latest offerings in two-way radios and accessories for businesses, consultants and service providers. 

Black Diamond Radio's booth staff are particularly interested to hear customer feedback and suggestions. For inspiration and education in the two-way radio space, this booth is a must-visit for anyone exploring the LDI Amplify pavilion. 

 

 

Planning Your Exhibit Hall Visit

Certain special events are also taking place throughout the weekend in the exhibit hall and on the LDI: Live Outside festival grounds. 

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, start your day at the New Technology Breakfasts on the LDI: Live Outside grounds. Friday's feature is lighting and projection. Saturday will cover audio, staging and rigging, while Sunday will introduce visitors to special effects and lasers. 

Finally, don't miss the LDI Industry party, which will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, on the LDI: Live Outside grounds.

For more indoor fun during your exhibit hall time, plan to spend some time on Friday, November 22, participating in the Booth Crawl and Scavenger Hunt. From 4:30 to 6:00 pm, participants will receive free drinks, learn more about the booths and vendors exhibiting their newest offerings, and have the chance to win cash cards, LDI 2020 conference passes and other prizes. 

In addition, make sure your badge gets you into all the exhibits and events you want to see most. All LDI badge holders have access to the exhibit floor and the Live Outside event, but special passes may be required for certain training events on the exhibit floor and LDI Amplify pavilion. In addition, VIP passes are required to access special VIP areas in LDI: Live Outside. Plan ahead to get the most from your LDI 2019 experience.
